Monday Motivation


Good Morning bitches…

It’s probably a rough one considering it’s the Monday after a long holiday week. I know I’m struggling a little bit myself this morning.

All those drinks, all that food, all that fun in the sun – it’s exhausting!  Total first world problems.

However, it’s not that easy to settle back into work mode and get our hustle on after we’ve been off our game for a few days.

So, here’s 5 things that will motivate you to get through this Monday and maybe the rest of the week!

That first cup of coffee or if you’re me – those first 4 shots of espresso. Nothing is better than espresso, and nothing takes you from zombie mode faster.


Reflecting on all the fun you’ve had over the weekend/holiday week. For me, it was the shenanigans at my friend’s Bachelorette party and living by the pool all week.


Looking forward to all those weekend plans you make on Monday and will cancel or renege on by the Friday and Saturday. I’m not the only one, right?


The Real Housewives of Orange County premiere! I’m ready to woohoo it with the OC girls once again. Can’t wait to see what my OC bitches have in store for us this season.


Getting that fall body, I didn’t get a summer, winter, or spring bod this year but there’s still hope for fall and 2018.

As Fergie said, “I be up in the gym just working on my fitness.”

Plus, I’m looking for inspiration in Kate Hudson’s Pretty Happy book. I mean could Kate get any hotter? Talk about #goals.
